Since December 2014, Désiré Eberande has been Visiting Professor at the University of Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas (France) Lecturing at the University in International Economic Law in Africa-Diploma, in charge of the Course on “African International Law of Economic Activities and Internal Law: establishment and investments in Africa by foreign companies ”.

Since 2011, he has been Professor of Law at the University of Kinshasa, the Catholic University of Congo and the École Supérieur de Management de Kinshasa (ESMK) in charge of teaching company law, general commercial law, special contract law and criminal business law.

Since 2011, he has been a consultant to the Ministries of Portfolio, Finance, Foreign Trade in the DRC and to COPIREP; Consultant to the boards of directors of several Congolese companies (companies and public establishments) and Trainer in OHADA law, Facilitator and speaker in several symposia, seminars and training sessions on OHADA law organized in the DRC with judicial actors (Lawyers, Magistrates, Bailiffs), private individuals and agents of public administrations.

Professor Eberande has been a business lawyer in the DRC for 18 years, Study of Professor Lukombe Nghenda and Council of several companies and Commercial Banks, specializing in priority areas and performing the following main acts: Since 2012: Director of the Center of Expertise and Business Law News, in acronym CEJADA.
